The customer service from this company is bad and I will not be ordering from here again.
I paid for the 2-3 day delivery service, the product didn’t come for up to nearly a week. To make matters worse there was no communication emails to confirm product dispatch until I had to call and chase the order myself. The person on the phone says “we’re waiting for the stock, if it comes in today we will send it out with your preferred method but if not we have to wait” baring in mind I’d placed my order a week before to ensure ample time as products needed were for me to use to attend an important event. After calling to find out what the hold up was, mysteriously a dispatch email was then sent, with a follow up email. I responded to ask for more information on delivery date/time reiterating the importance of receiving this order the next day, was completely ghosted by the team. When the product came, it had leaked through the bubble wrap packaging and the entire contents of the bag was sticky wet.
I had ordered via Paks online previously, but can definitely assure you I will not be putting any money back into this company anymore. Bad bad customer service! Be wary.
